- Before entering the league photo gallery please fill out the model release below.
- You can order prints and digitals right from you athlete’s gallery
- Your athletes album password is the 2 digit month and 2 digit day of birth. For example if you athlete was born on June 8th, the password would be 0608.
PRINT ORDERING DEADLINE:Â 05/05/2023
After 05/05/2023 you may only order digital files.
Model Release and Consent:
The Client grants Rebecca McGonigle of NOVA Portraits and its legal representatives and assigns the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, social media, print, and editorial use unless otherwise discussed beforehand. NOVA Portraits agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional and educational use only. NOVA Portraits may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. NOVA Portraits retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.
I respect every client and model’s privacy. I will not use your images without your consent. Please select from the options below regarding your comfort level with the Model Release Statement above.

Welcome to your league’s photography webpage. This page is specifically for your league and contains all the information you need to know about picture day. This is also the page you will come back to once your pictures are ready! So let’s get started with all the details!
Photo Ordering Questions
HOW DO I ORDER PHOTOS?
All ordering is done online in your private league gallery. There are no paper order forms to fill out! Please view the quick video above for ordering instructions.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASED PHOTOS
After the ordering window has expired you will receive your photos within 2 weeks. They will be delivered to the coach for distribution.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER PHOTOS?
You will have 1 week to order photos once the league gallery link goes live. You will receive a reminder email the day before the deadline. After the ordering deadline you will still be able to purchase digital files for another 2 weeks.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER
