Hi there Spring Knolls families!
I am Rebecca McGonigle of NOVA Portraits and will be your school photographer this spring!
Welcome to your school’s photography webpage. This page is specifically for your school and contains all the information you need to know about picture day. This is also the page you will come back to once your pictures are ready! So let’s get started with all the details!
Ordering Information
- Before entering the school photo gallery please fill out the model release below if you are okay with me using your child’s photos for promotional purposes.
- You can order prints and digitals right from you child’s gallery.
- To order your child’s class photo you will need to go to Individual Products and scroll down to the class photo at the bottom to place a print order. Class photos are not available for digital download.
- Prints will be shipped directly to your home.
- The Access Codes for your galleries were sent home with your child. If you need your access code please reach out to your school admin!
- If you took visiting sibling photos the access code for your sibling album is the access code for your attending sibling with “-SIB” at the end.
Deadline to order photos is 11/15/2023
Model Release and Consent:
The Client grants Rebecca McGonigle of NOVA Portraits and its legal representatives and assigns the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, social media, print, and editorial use unless otherwise discussed beforehand. NOVA Portraits agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional and educational use only. NOVA Portraits may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. NOVA Portraits retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.
I respect every client and model’s privacy. I will not use your images without your consent. Please select from the options below regarding your comfort level with the Model Release Statement above.
Photo Ordering Questions
HOW DO I ORDER PHOTOS?
All ordering is done online in your private school gallery. There are no paper order forms to fill out! Â
WHAT IS MY GALLERY PASSWORD
- The Access Codes for your galleries were sent home with your child. If you need your access code please reach out to your school admin Kimberly!
- If you took visiting sibling photos the access code for your sibling album is the access code for your attending sibling with “-SIB” at the end.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASED PHOTOS
The prints will be shipped directly to your home for a small shipping fee. Digital download purchases will be emailed after your order confirmation.
